Gravity Grounding Strategy

Budget Friendly Core: Clefairy, Gigalith

Set up Gravity to override their Levitate field effect. Once grounded, they take 4x damage from Ground moves.

Lead Turn-by-Turn:
  • T1: Lead with Clefairy. Use Gravity.
  • T2: Switch in Gigalith or a strong Ground attacker. Use Earthquake to sweep their entire grounded team.

Bulky Fire/Fighting Core

Easy
Budget Friendly Core: Torkoal, Hariyama

Avoid Ground moves entirely. Use high-defense Fire and Fighting types to survive their hits and retaliate.

Lead Turn-by-Turn:
  • T1: Lead Torkoal to set Drought. Use Flamethrower to melt Bronzong.
  • T2+: Switch to Hariyama to absorb Togedemaru's attacks and use Close Combat.
