Fairy-type Gimmick Shield

Easy
Budget Friendly Core: Togekiss, Clefable

Fairy-types are immune to Dragon-type moves. Since Penny's team relies heavily on Outrage, Fairy-types will force them into locking moves with no effect.

Lead Turn-by-Turn:
  • T1: Lead with Togekiss. Immune to Outrage. Use Dazzling Gleam.
  • T2+: Keep Togekiss healthy. Use Moonblast to finish off Haxorus or Salamence.
