Pokémon Unbound Post-Game Milestones & New Game Plus Comprehensive Guide — Pokémon Unbound

Defeating the Pokémon League and ascending to the Hall of Fame represents only the first phase of Pokémon Unbound. The post-game environment introduces advanced sandbox settings, legendary tracking, and the customizable New Game Plus (NG+) mode.

1. Core Post-Game Achievements & The Black Card

Your main objective in the post-game is upgrading your Trainer Card. The card shifts from standard colors to Bronze, Silver, Gold, and finally the legendary Black Trainer Card (5-Star). Achieving this unlocks the ultimate God Stat Scanner, allowing players to edit stats, abilities, and natures on the fly.

Trainer Card Tier Requirements Unlocked Privileges & Upgrades
Bronze Card (1 Star) Defeat the Elite Four & Champion for the first time. Unlocks East Borrius map navigation and the Fallshore City Mission HQ late-game quests.
Silver/Gold Card Earn up to 4 stars by completing regional milestones. Latios/Latias start roaming; Ranger gifts Type: Null at the Mission HQ. Completing 65 missions awards the Shiny Charm.
Black Card (5 Stars) 1. Defeat the E4.
2. Complete all 84 HQ Missions.
3. Complete the 905 National Dex.
4. Get Gold prints from all 4 Battle Frontier facilities (50 wins).
5. Win 100 consecutive battles in the Antisis Battle Ring.
Unlocks the God Stat Scanner: Modify any Pokémon's Level, EVs, IVs, Nature, Ability, and Hidden Power type without limitation or cost. Carries over to NG+.

2. The Regigigas Awakening Sequence

Unlocking Regigigas requires a precise mechanical chain in the post-game. Follow these steps to break the ancient seals:

3. New Game Plus (NG+) Operations & Carry-Over Rules

To start a New Game Plus, choose New Game from the title screen on a save file where the Elite Four is cleared. The engine will detect your save and prompt you to start in NG+ mode.

NG+ allows you to bring your current Active Party of up to 6 Pokémon into the new run. These Pokémon are reset to Level 10 and devolved to their base stages, but they perfectly retain their IVs, trained EVs, Natures, and original movesets. Backpack inventory does not carry over; however, any items actively held by your carried-over party (such as upgraded Level 10 Lucky Eggs, Macho Braces, or Amulet Coins) will carry over successfully.
